1. Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours after placing your order, please reach out to our support team at support@nivorous.com.
3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, please understand that:
- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Factors such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or high seasonal demand may impact delivery schedules.
- Nivorous is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@nivorous.com.
4. Important Information
- Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Shipping Times are based on business days, not calendar days.
- Order Cut-off Time for same-day processing is 12 PM EST.
- PO Boxes: We currently ship to PO boxes within the United States.
- Signature Requirement: Most packages do not require a signature unless otherwise noted at checkout.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, Nivorous cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- To correct an address mistake, please contact support@nivorous.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
Although rare, delays or delivery issues can occur. If you experience a significant delay or your package is lost, please contact us immediately at support@nivorous.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the problem and ensure you receive your order.
7. Cancellations and Changes
- You may request an order cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, the order will have entered the processing phase and changes cannot be guaranteed.
