1. Eligibility for Returns:
We gladly accept returns within 180 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives with manufacturing defects or has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item(s) compared to your order, we will arrange for a return and the correct shipment.
- Not as Described: If the product you receive does not substantially match the description or images provided on our website.
Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Used, Worn, Washed, or Altered Items: Any clothing that has been worn, washed, ironed, or modified in any way cannot be returned.
- Customer-Caused Damage: We are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care by the customer.
- Missing Tags and Labels: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the returned items.
- Minor Imperfections: Slight variations in color, stitching, or minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the garment are not considered eligible for return.
- Items Not in Original Condition: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at support@nivorous.com. Please provide the following information to expedite the process:
- Order Number: Your unique order identification number.
- Clear Photographic or Video Evidence: If the item is defective or damaged, please include clear images or a short video showcasing the issue.
- Detailed Reason for Return: A clear and concise explanation of why you wish to return the item(s).
- Shipping Label or Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your shipping label or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Our customer support team will carefully review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where to ship the item(s) back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage as Nivorous is not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and our quality control team has inspected them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, including the original shipping costs (if applicable).
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This processing time is beyond our control.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item(s) will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We may also apply a restocking fee if the returned items do not meet our return criteria.
