At Nivorous, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers, partners, and users to do the same. This Intellectual Property Claim Policy outlines the steps to report content that you believe infringes your intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
We take intellectual property concerns seriously and are committed to investigating and resolving such matters in a timely and transparent manner.
1. Reporting an Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by any content on our website, including product listings, images, text, logos, or designs, you may submit a formal complaint.
Please include the following information in your claim:
- Your Full Name and Contact Information: Including email address and phone number.
- A Detailed Description of the Work Infringed: Identify the copyrighted or trademarked material that you claim has been infringed.
- The Exact URL or Location of the Infringing Material: Provide a direct link to the allegedly infringing content on our website.
- Proof of Ownership: Provide evidence that you own the intellectual property rights (e.g., registration certificate, trademark number, or a sworn statement).
- A Statement of Good Faith Belief: A declaration that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A Statement of Accuracy: Confirming the accuracy of the information provided under penalty of perjury.

2. What Happens After You Submit a Claim
Once we receive a complete and valid intellectual property claim:
- We will review the claim and investigate the allegedly infringing content.
- If the claim is deemed valid, we may remove or disable access to the content in question.
- We may contact the person responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to respond with a counter-notice, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- If a valid counter-notice is received, and it meets legal requirements, we may restore the content unless legal action is taken by the original complainant within 10 business days.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice that includes:
- Your name, contact information, and signature.
- Identification of the content removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the jurisdiction where the site is located, if outside the U.S.).

4. Repeat Infringement Policy
Nivorous reserves the right to terminate accounts or access to our services for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
