Return Eligibility
You can return your item within 180 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, or washing
- Be non-custom or non-personalized (custom items are not eligible)
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our support team at support@nivorous.com within 180 days of receiving your order
- Include the following information:
- Full name used on the order
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)
- Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover 100% of the return shipping cost
- Non-defective items: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for safe delivery
Returns Process
Once your return is approved:
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging
- Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Ship it to the return address we provide
- Share your return tracking number with us for faster processing
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement and the item is in stock, we will ship your new item within 5-7 business days of processing the return. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production or shipping may begin, and cancellations will not be possible. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned according to our standard return policy.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper care
- Returns made outside the 180-day window will not be accepted
